Tennis Clash, the leading mobile tennis game in the world, strengthens its ongoing partnership with the International Tennis Federation (ITF) in announcing ITF’s new eSports tournament, the ITF World Tennis eChampionship. The ITF World Tennis eChampionship will feature an all-new court, game mode, and multiple tournaments exclusively in Tennis Clash, culminating in a yearly championship event.

Kelly Fairweather, ITF Chief Executive Officer, said: “We are delighted to continue our partnership with Wildlife Studios by launching the World Tennis eChampionship in Tennis Clash today. We have already seen the delivery of several successful events in the game over the last two years, and we are sure that the World Tennis eChampionship will prove hugely popular. We are confident that the partnership helps to introduce more people to our sport and promote the ITF’s mission to deliver tennis for future generations.”

The World Tennis eChamipionship will begin as an online-only event with the first in-game themed tournament on October 5th, 2023, at 19:00 CET. When the event begins, it will feature the return of the Future of Tennis String, an in-game exclusive item for purchase, from which 20% of the revenue is shared with the ITF to support young tennis players.

“Our partnership with the International Federation of Tennis continues to strengthen the connection between Tennis Clash and the real sport by not only bringing recognizable and official brands to the game, but by truly supporting the sport,” says Felipe Mendes, Tennis Clash’s Game Manager. “We are absolutely elated to provide resources to the next generation of tennis players with every purchase of the ‘Future of Tennis’ string.”

The new ITF brand came to fruition as a direct result of the continued flourishing partnership with Tennis Clash and being the federation’s official tennis game, elevating it as the premiere mobile tennis game to the next level. With the announcement of the World Tennis eChampionship coming to Tennis Clash, the future of this partnership looks to send another exciting volley of serves with more announcements coming soon!
